Common questions

I lost my subscription after reinstalling. Open Abba, go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Apple will reconnect your subscription. If that doesn't work, email us with the Apple ID email you used to subscribe.

The app says I have no internet, but I do. Abba needs to reach our backend at abba-backend.onrender.com. Corporate or school networks sometimes block it — try a different network or your cellular connection.

I want to delete my data. See epiphanylabs.io/data-deletion.
